Data recorded for passenger car tires (205/55 R16) in the UK between 2006 and 2011 showed that the average service life for front axle tires was approximately 36,554 ± 5,851 km , and about 63,690 ± 8274 km when mounted on tires on the rear axle. The service life of trucks is greatly affected by the type of use: in the case of slow speed travel and long distances on highways, it can reach up to 600,000 km; performance of up to 70,000 km can be achieved in short-haul and delivery trucks with large and low-speed maneuvers, frequent turns, frequent braking and accelerated service life. 9 factors mainly affect the service life of tires (as well as the fuel consumption of vehicles):
