Delivery Time

Delivery is carried out daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

During peak demand periods, the delivery interval may be extended to 22:00.

Before departure, the driver contacts the buyer and communicates the approximate delivery interval.

Scheduled delivery is carried out from 12:00 to 18:00, no earlier than 3 hours after placing the order.

The cost of the service is clarified with the manager.

The arrival interval is ±15 minutes from the selected time.

The driver delivers the goods strictly to the address specified when placing the order.

As the goods may be oversized, lifting to the floor is not included in the standard delivery service.

If the unloading location is deemed unsafe, the driver has the right to suggest changing the delivery point.

The driver does not provide consultations on the technical characteristics of goods.

Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must check their compliance with the order: appearance, quantity, and configuration.

After verification, the client signs the documents and accepts the goods.

All goods are delivered in factory packaging.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on consumer rights protection.
